Can anyone swim at Bondi Icebergs swimming pool?
It's the world's most famous pool and one of the most photographed locations in all of Australia - Bondi Icebergs pool.
One of the most common questions asked by visitors is can anyone swim at Bondi Icebergs or do you need to be a member?
The great news is that anyone can swim at Bondi Icebergs swimming pool.
We have prepared a guide to swimming at Bondi Beach here but the facts are this:
It costs $7 for adults and $5 for children to enter and this gives you access to the Bondi Icebergs pool and the sauna.
The pool is cleaned each Thursday so you may not be able to swim on that day - although cleaning is often done very quickly and can open by lunchtime in summer.
There is also competition held among the Bondi Icebergs members on Sundays during the colder months so you may be restricted then, also.
Don't forget there is a cafe overlooking the Bondi Icebergs swimming pool, and the pool level, which you can access without charge. Just don't try to claim to be using the cafe to get access for free before swimming - you will be asked to leave and with so many people at the pool it could get embarrassing.
