This is the Bondi outpost of Rivareno, a Sydney gelato name with a serious following, and their fifth store opened here for the summer season on the corner of Campbell Parade and Hall Street. The gelato is churned each morning in an in-store laboratorio, and the texture is properly dense and velvety rather than aerated. If you rate your gelato, our pick here would be the classic Italian flavours and the sorbets, which locals reliably rank above the bigger chains.
