Why we’d go
One of the beachfront's buzziest recent openings: House Made Hospitality reworked the former Promenade dining room into a fire-and-charcoal Greek room, riding Bondi's Greek wave. We'd choose it for a group dinner of generous shared plates with ocean light, and its share-focused menu makes it an easy pick for feeding a crowd.
What to order
Lean into the fire and the shared format: pork neck souvlaki, chargrilled meats, meze and dips, spanakorizo, raw tuna with dakos, stuffed peppers, and bougatsa for dessert.
The atmosphere
Light-filled, laid-back and lively; fire-driven and unpretentious.
Local tip: If you live nearby, come on a Wednesday evening — locals from Bondi, North Bondi, Tamarama, Waverley, Bondi Junction or Bronte get 30% off, plus BYO of one bottle per table with no corkage.
Worth knowing: It's a proper restaurant, not a beach snack — shared-plate dining at this level adds up, and it's closed Monday and Tuesday with lunch only on weekends.
