Why we’d go
This is one of Bondi's original clean-eating institutions, and it still does the genre better than most of the newer arrivals. The kitchen leans plant-forward and wholefood, with a menu that's largely gluten-free and generous with vegan options, paired with AllPress espresso for anyone who wants an actual coffee alongside their green juice. We'd choose it when you want food that's genuinely nourishing rather than beige "healthy" theatre.
What to order
Cold-pressed juices and superfood smoothies are the signatures; the warm grain and veg bowls, acai bowls, and tamari tofu sourdough sandwiches are the food picks, plus tonics and elixirs if you're doing a cleanse.
The atmosphere
Compact, bright and casual, with a coffee-bar counter and a couple of outdoor tables
Local tip: If you're coming straight off the beach, grab a large glass-bottle juice to take away rather than eating in, as seating is limited and turns over fast in the morning rush.
Worth knowing: It's a small footprint with only a handful of seats, so it's more a quick-fuel and takeaway spot than a place to linger over a long brunch.
