We'd choose it when you want a proper cocktail and something to graze on without committing to the full Etheus dining room next door, and because the terrace is walk-in only it's the spot to aim for on a spur-of-the-moment sunny afternoon. The all-day kitchen means you're covered whether it's a mid-morning bite or a golden-hour session.
Sydney rock oysters and a cocktail to start, then graze across the wood-fired pizzas, house pastas, or the seafood plates; the shared "For The Table" option is the value pick for a group.

Local tip: The terrace is walk-in only, so if you want a front-row table for sunset, come early rather than banking on a booking — reservations run through the Etheus dining room, not the bar.
